AIRBNB: Created “Insider Guides” mobile platform for Airbnb — launched at company’s signature annual Airbnb Open event — working on a small team directly engaging with the SVP of product and CEO. This original data-driven content culminated in the creation of 100 influencer guidebooks for cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Detroit. The job involved everything from ideation to execution, creating both compelling content for customers as well as documenting and establishing guidelines and personal handling at every touchpoint.
MACY’S: Wrote the story and script — read: sound on! — for Macy’s holiday window display at signature Times Square location.
